You can make +5 energy weapons after you beat Chantha side they cost 10k + about 2-3k materials without the enchanments or any other mods. That cleaver should go for about 15 to 20k cause it is great for 55 monks to use for energy enchantments and to build up adrenaline for bonetti's. Hope that clears it up a little but for you.
